The Client is solely responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, including decisions, choices, and actions arising from the coaching relationship. The Coach is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the coaching sessions. The Client understands that coaching is not therapy and does not replace medical or psychological treatment. If the Client needs such services, they should seek them independently. Coaching may address various aspects of the Client’s life, including work, finances, health, relationships, and more. The Client is fully responsible for any actions taken in these areas based on coaching conversations. Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, psychotherapy, or legal advice. Fees are non-refundable for any unused sessions or services already rendered. Entire Agreement This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, the prevailing party in any legal action will be entitled to recover legal fees and court costs. Severability If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Waiver Failure to enforce any part of this agreement does not waive the right to enforce that provision in the future. Applicable Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Rapperswil Kanton St. Gallen / Switzerland. Binding Effect This agreement is binding upon both parties and their successors and assigns.
